It provides students with a <strong>lifelong academic identity<\/strong> that helps in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Seamless transitions across schools and colleges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Easy credit transfers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Simplified admission and job verification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tracking skill gaps for better learning opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why the Relaxation?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Many schools reported challenges in generating APAAR IDs due to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Technical issues between different portals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mismatch between school and Aadhaar data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delays in data correction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lack of parental consent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CBSE\u2019s New Guidelines<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To ensure timely submission of the <strong>List of Candidates (LOC)<\/strong> for Classes X and XII, CBSE has allowed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If parents <strong>deny consent<\/strong>, schools must record it as <strong>\u201cREFUSED\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If APAAR ID could not be generated due to other reasons, mark it as <strong>\u201cNOGEN\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In all other cases, the APAAR ID must be entered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This relaxation ensures that students are not deprived of appearing for board exams while schools continue working towards full implementation of APAAR IDs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 This update is a relief for schools, students, and parents facing difficulties with APAAR ID generation, while still ensuring transparency and accountability in the system.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released an important circular regarding the submission of APAAR ID (Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry) for the academic session 2025-26.
